Distilled at Strathclyde in 1990, This Single Cask, Single Grain whisky has been aged for 32 years. Now bottled in 2023 by Duncan Taylor as a part of ''The Octave'' series.

The Octave Collection is extensive with something for all tastes, be it a single malt, a single grain or a blended malt whisky. Featured distilleries include Aultmore, Bhunnahabhain, Brackla, Caol Ila, Glenallachie, Glen Moray, Highland Park, Miltonduff and Tobermory.

"Vanilla and honey lead the aroma, accompanied by caramel syrup, woody notes, and a hint of orange. The palate mirrors the nose with creamy, honeyed oak and a touch of gentle spice and white pepper. Raisins, sweet cake, and caramelised apples add complexity. An aftertaste of burnt sugar and oak spice lingers."
