Cotswolds Reserve Small Batch Release 2021 is a limited-edition expression from the new Cotswolds Distillery in the picturesque English area of Cotswolds. The whisky is distilled in small batches from 100% locally grown barley and matured in a combination of bourbon casks—bringing classic notes of vanilla, honey, butterscotch and coconut—and STR ex-red wine casks, which enhance the whisky’s richness, fruitiness and sweetness. The result is a smooth, elegant and well-balanced dram with aromas of light caramel, apple, vanilla and chocolate. On the palate you’ll discover the whisky’s sweet malt character with a hint of toasted cereal. The finish lingers with warm notes of wood tannins. 5000 bottles of the Cotswolds Reserve Small Batch Release 2021 have been released.
